execute ha synchronize stop
diag debug reset
diag debug enable
diag debug application hasync -1

execute ha synchronize start

To see communication between HA ports :

diagnose hardware device nic <heart beats interface>
diagnose sniffer packet port_ha "" 4 0 l

get sys status
